Dan Roberts began his career as a documentary film maker. While producing a documentary on tea, he traveled across China for two months, filming tea gardens, factories, tea houses and historical sites and interviewing tea experts. As an unexpected result of this trip, he began his own love affair with tea, and now travels and lectures extensively on the subject. Tonight, Dan will speak about the history and folklore surrounding tea, including background on tea culture and the tea business. A tasting will follow the program.
