Franklin Roosevelt's love was the anchor to which Eleanor's, portrayed by Mary Gausselin, self-confidence and self-respect were tied until Lucy Mercer Rutherford, portrayed by Jeanmarie Dwyer-Wrigley, made the bottom drop out of her world. Lucy was the "other women" in Roosevelt's life. Was she just a friend or confidante...or something more? This program is partially funded by a grant from the City of Naperville.
